Mother’s Day Contest

Basic Rules and Conditions

• The contest starts on Sunday, March 2, 2025, and ends on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
• The draw will take place on Thursday, March 27, 2025, under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
• Winners will be announced on the Zanussi Egypt Facebook page (@Zanussiegypt) on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

How to Participate

• Participants can enter by posting a picture or video showcasing or describing their mother's (or wife’s, grandmother’s, or any mother figure’s) achievements.
• The post must be shared on the participant's personal page with the privacy setting set to "Public" so the content can be viewed.
• The post must include the hashtag #ماما_ملكة_الإنجازات and mention Zanussi Egypt on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok using the following official accounts:

Prizes

A random draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, selecting 5 winners who will receive the following Zanussi home appliances:

1. Steam Max Front Load Washing Machine 8kg - Silver
2. TasteMax Plus Gas Cooker - 5 Burners
3. Two-Door Refrigerator 370L - Silver
4. Zanussi Electric Water Heater Termo Smart 50L - White
5. Zanussi Electric Water Heater Termo Plus 50L - White

• Winners must claim their prizes within one month from the announcement date.
• Prizes will not be awarded without obtaining the winner’s phone number to complete verification.
• If a prize is unavailable at the time of delivery, the company reserves the right to replace it with another prize of equal value.

Contest Participation Rules

• Participants can submit multiple entries, but no participant can win more than one prize.
• If any fraudulent activity (manual or software-generated) is detected to increase entries, the participant’s result will be canceled, and they will be banned from future competitions by Electrolux Egypt and Zanussi Egypt.
• The participant’s Facebook profile must be public and not private.
• Contest results, number of entries, participant details, and names will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any party outside Electrolux Egypt or Zanussi Egypt, except for the names of winners or in case of a legal request by an official entity under Egyptian law.
• Electrolux Egypt and Zanussi Egypt reserve the right to disqualify any participant or revoke a result if any competition rules are violated.

Eligibility Criteria

• The participant must be an Egyptian citizen or legally residing in Egypt.
• The participant must not have any legal or judicial convictions in Egypt.
• The participant must not be an employee of Electrolux Egypt or any of its subsidiaries.
• The participant must not have a direct or indirect relationship with any Electrolux Egypt, Zanussi, or related company employees.
• The participant must not be involved in the contest's development or execution.
• First- or second-degree relatives of Electrolux Egypt employees and contest management teams are not eligible.
• Participants under 16 years old can enter the contest, but prizes will be awarded to their legal guardian.
• Participants cannot submit entries on behalf of others or transfer their prize to another person.
• Only followers of Zanussi Egypt’s official social media pages can participate.
• The contest is only valid within Egypt; entries from outside the country will not be accepted.

Valid Participation Requirements

To ensure a valid entry:

• Follow all submission steps outlined above.
• Comply with all participant eligibility criteria and contest rules.

Use of Contest Submissions and Participant Data

• Participant data will only be used as described in these terms.
• By participating, entrants agree that Electrolux Egypt has the irrevocable right to use their submission details for marketing and analytical purposes.
• The company may use the winners' names, images, and videos for promotional purposes without financial or moral compensation.
• Winners may be required to sign documents granting Electrolux Egypt rights to use their contest data.
• If participants disagree with these terms, they should refrain from entering the contest.

Prize Conditions

• If a winner cannot be contacted or provides incorrect information, their prize will be forfeited.
• If a prize is unavailable at the time of delivery, it will be replaced with one of equal value.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
• Winners must present a valid ID to claim their prize.
• Winners will be announced on the Zanussi Egypt Facebook page.
• After being notified, winners will collect their prizes from the nearest Zanussi branch.
