Basic Rules and Conditions for the "Evaluate Our Products and Win Vodafone Cash" Competition

The competition commences on Sunday, March 10, 2024, and concludes at the end of Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

• Participants enter the competition by evaluating a product from Zanussi's range. To evaluate Zanussi products, the participant accesses the website http://www.zanussi.com.eg, rates the selected product from 1 to 5 stars, provides their opinion on the product, and enters their details into the evaluation form (name and email address).
• A random draw is conducted at the end of each month (on the last day of each month during the competition period, either day 30 or 31).
• Three winners are announced for Zanussi evaluations every month, with the announcement made on the 5th of each month.
• Each winner receives a Vodafone Cash transfer worth 2000 Egyptian pounds.
• Winners are announced on Zanussi's official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/zanussi.eg - on the 5th of each month during the competition period.
• The same participant cannot win more than once within 6 months.
• The same participant cannot win both in Zanussi evaluations and Olympic Electric evaluations in the same month.
• If the same Vodafone Cash registered phone number is submitted by multiple winners within 6 months, the prize will be cancelled due to conflicting with the aforementioned conditions.
• Winners will be contacted via email to request the phone number registered with Vodafone Cash or Instagram, and the winner must send their number within two weeks from the announcement date, otherwise forfeiting their right to the prize.
• Vodafone Cash or Instagram transfers will be sent to the number provided by the winner within one month from when the winner sends their number to us.
• The process of withdrawing the amount from the Vodafone Cash wallet is subject to the fees and details announced on Vodafone's website http://internet.vodafone.com.eg/digital/cash-guide/
• If the customer provides the wrong phone number, we will not be able to cancel the transfer that has been made, and their right to the prize will be forfeited.
• The participant must have a Vodafone number and be subscribed to the Vodafone Cash service, or have a mobile number registered on Instagram.
• Transfers cannot be sent to any other electronic wallets besides Vodafone Cash, but transfers can be made via Instagram.
• Any attempt to deceive by increasing the number of entries through human intervention or computer programming will result in disqualification and removal of the individual from the competition, as well as any future competitions by Electrolux Egypt or Zanussi.
• The participant's Facebook profile settings must be public and not private.
• The results, number of entries, information provided by participants, and participant names are confidential and will not be disclosed to any party or participant outside of Electrolux Egypt, Zanussi Egypt, or Olympic Electric, except for the names of the winners only, or in the event of a legal order from an official authority in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Electrolux Egypt, Zanussi, and Olympic Electric reserve the right to delete any participant or cancel their result without announcement if it is discovered that they have violated or failed to comply with any or all of the competition rules, or have not acted in good faith regarding the competition rules and the laws of social media on Facebook.

Conditions Required for Participants to be Eligible to Enter and Participate in the Competition:

• The participant must hold Egyptian citizenship or have legal residency in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The participant must not have any legal or judicial convictions in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The participant must have a Vodafone number and be subscribed to the Vodafone Cash service, or have an Instagram account.
• The participant must not be an employee of Electrolux Egypt or work at any of its branches or subsidiaries.
• The participant must not have any direct or indirect relationship with any employees of Electrolux Egypt, Olympic, Zanussi products, Olympic Electric, Ideal Zanussi, Home Zone stores, Zanussi agents, Zanussi partners, or Electrolux Egypt.
• The participant must not be involved in developing the competition, be part of the competition development team, or have any direct or indirect connection with the team responsible for developing and executing the competition.
• The participant must not be closely related to any first or second-degree relatives or employees of Electrolux Egypt, its partners, subsidiaries, associated companies, or the team managing and executing the competition.
• The participant must be at least 16 years old.
• The participant must not have any direct or indirect relationship, first or second-degree, with any other participants. No participant with a first or second-degree relationship is allowed to participate in the same competition. If such participation occurs, only one result will be counted for the highest-ranking participants with a degree of relationship to each other.
• The participant is not allowed to participate under another participant's name, and in the event of winning, they are not allowed to relinquish their prize or give their win to another participant. If this occurs, their result will be cancelled, and another winner will be announced.
• The participant is not permitted to participate in the competition unless they are following Zanussi Egypt's official page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/zanussi.eg
• This competition is within the geographic boundaries of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and entries from outside are not permitted.

Conditions Required for Validating a Participant's Entry:

To validate participation in the competition, the participant must follow the following conditions:

• Access the official Zanussi website www.zanussi.com.eg for Zanussi evaluations.
• Register the evaluation with personal information (name and email) on the website.
• Be among those who have submitted evaluations for products on the official Zanussi website www.zanussi.com.eg during the competition period.
• The participant must fulfill all the conditions mentioned in the third item.
• The participant must follow all the conditions and laws mentioned in the first item.Top of Form

How the Entries, Information, and Data Provided by Participants Will Be Used

The private information provided by participants, their method of participation, and the number of their entries will not be used in any way other than what has been mentioned in the preceding clauses. By participating, the contestant implicitly agrees to the following terms for the use of the information and data registered in the competition by Electrolux Egypt:

The contestant authorizes and grants Electrolux Egypt the right to use all the data provided and registered under the contestant's name, their method of participation, and the number of entries made by them, a right that is irrevocable and non-cancelable, for the following purposes: (1) Data analysis for marketing purposes (2) Utilizing the contestant's private data for marketing and market analysis objectives in this competition and other competitions sponsored by Electrolux Egypt and its partners and subsidiaries (3) Utilizing the names of winning contestants in visual, auditory, and electronic media during and after the competition for the promotion and advertisement of the competition and its results. The contestant will not receive any monetary or moral returns in exchange for this.

The contestant agrees to sign any official documents if requested by the company to grant the company the rights to use the contestant's private information as stated above.

It is understood that the names, images, and videos of contestants will be used and published on the company's official website or on its various social media platforms. Furthermore, your data will be added to the company's database for use in sending offers and marketing messages to you in the future.

If the contestant does not agree to the terms and rules outlined in how their private information will be used, please refrain from participating in the competition.

Competition Prizes:

• 2000 Egyptian pounds Vodafone Cash for each winner (3 winners each month in Zanussi evaluations) until the end of December 2024.
• Winners are selected based on a random draw conducted at the end of each month (on the last day of each month during the competition period, either day 30 or 31).
• Winners will be announced on the 5th of each month - for clarification: the draw will be conducted on March 31, 2024, and the winners will be announced on April 5.
• Winners will be contacted via email - within a maximum of one week from the announcement date of the winners - to request the phone number registered with a Vodafone Cash or Instagram account, and the winner must send their number within a maximum of two weeks from the announcement date of the winners, otherwise their right to the prize will be forfeited.
• Vodafone Cash or Instagram transfers will be sent to the number provided by the winner within one month from the date the winner sends their number to us.
• The withdrawal process of the amount from the Vodafone Cash wallet is subject to the fees and details announced on the Vodafone website http://internet.vodafone.com.eg/digital/cash-guide/
• If the customer provides an incorrect phone number, we will not be able to cancel the transfer that has been made, and their right to the prize will be forfeited.
• The same participant cannot win more than once within 6 months.
• The same participant cannot win in both Zanussi and Olympic Electric evaluations in the same month.
• If the same phone number registered for Vodafone Cash is sent by more than one winner within 6 months, the prize will be canceled because it contradicts the mentioned conditions above.

If the winner cannot be contacted or has provided incorrect information, Electrolux Egypt will delete the result of this contestant and cancel the prize. If the announced prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the company's control at the time of prize delivery, the company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value.

If you are one of the winners, the contestant agrees to the following:

• The contestant is not entitled to exchange the prize for cash value, nor to waive or donate the prize to another contestant or person, and they are not entitled to return or exchange the prize after receiving it.
• The contestant must present an identification card and any official documents requested by the company to prove their identity upon receipt.
• Winners will be announced on the Zanussi Egypt Official Page on Facebook according to the dates mentioned in the above basic terms and conditions.
